Tovli’s district and subdistrict boundaries contain information from Haifa Municipality, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0.

Municipal sources

The bundled boundaries use the 2022 data, dataset version 1.0. Source resource identifiers, revisions, and checksums are included in the download.

Download the derived boundary data

Download boundary data and source metadata (JSON). This includes the district and subdistrict boundaries and the simplified municipal service-area boundary used by Tovli. The derived boundary data is available under ODbL 1.0.

District and subdistrict properties are normalized for the app; their source geometry is retained. The service area combines district polygons and simplifies the outline. The download describes these transformations.

License scope

ODbL applies to this boundary database. It does not license Tovli’s app software or community report content. Tovli is an independent community app and is not an official municipal service.
